At the heart, this business is a software company, with a competitive advantage of an integrated labour consultant. Italy's labour laws are complicated from an HR point of view and a labour consultant is as important to business as an accountant.

For example in Italy, it is mandatory by law that if a business wants to keep the digital receipt, they need to detect the vat code (a numeric identification number) inside the receipt. It is a big interest for the company to collect as many receipts as possible as the tax is 40% yet the expenses that an employee may accrue are tax exempt so this gives the employer a lot of savings.

The ambition for the company is to provide this dual capability and automate the processes so that everything is integrated; one scan, one software, one workflow.

Secondly, we mainly process Italian receipts, but we value being able to process receipts internationally in various languages and currencies which Taggun allows us to do.

And Thirdly, we value the data safety aspect. Labour contracts are sensitive documents and we do not send any information to a third party. Taggun is an exception because it is scanning receipts individually."

HOW CUSTOMERS USE THE Studio ziveri's PLATFORM USING TAGGUN'S AI RECEIPT AND INVOICE SCANNER:

Step 1: An employee of one of our customers will make a purchase and keep the receipt.

Step 2: The employee opens the mobile application on Their phone, “My Paroll”.

Step 3: They take a picture of the receipt.

Step 4: The app scans the picture of the receipt, and along with it, the Taggun software will transcribe the datat e.g the date, the amount, the currency, the time.. Etc

Step 5: The employee will save the receipt which activates the data to be stored for reporting.

Step 6: A report is generated and sent to a manager for approval.

Step 7: The manager approves Step 8: The expense will be reimbursed in next payroll run.
